Compass Group Sienna Senior Living members ratify at multiple locations.

The approximately 160 members from Compass Group Sienna Senior Living Fieldstone Scarborough, Hawthorn Woods Brampton, Western Terrace Vaughan, and Woodbridge Vista Woodbridge ratified a new three-year collective agreement at a number of meetings from June 14-17, 2021.

Wages will increase 1.4% for all classifications for 2020, 2021 and 2023 retroactive. Language was also negotiated to discuss wage increases if Bill 124 is overturned.

Health and Welfare benefit improvements include co-pay benefits of 70/30 an improvement from the previous 60/40. There is an improvement to the safety shoe allowance, and members will now be reimbursed for all medical notes up to $20 for an unlimited amount of time throughout the term.
